Founders Club terms

1. What the Founders Club is

The Founders Club is a paid membership to the FIELD community. Members join a private Discord where we discuss and vote on the football club in which FIELD intends to buy a 51% stake, and receive club reports and behind-the-scenes news.

The free waitlist is separate and stays free.

2. What it is not

• It is not an investment and gives no share in FIELD or in any club.
• It gives no right, priority, allocation or discount on any future investment.
• Any future investment will be offered separately, through a regulated platform, under its own terms.

3. Plans and prices

• Founder: €4.99 per month or €49 per year.
• Founder+: €9.99 per month or €99 per year. Adds the Founder+ room (a dedicated Discord chat with the FIELD team), a monthly live call, a numbered card from the first 500, a bigger name on the stadium wall and an invitation to the first match after a takeover.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Members who join before the club is announced keep their price for as long as they stay subscribed.

4. Votes

One member, one vote, whatever the plan. Votes guide FIELD's choice. The final decision depends on negotiations with the club's owner, and FIELD cannot guarantee that the club chosen by members will be bought. Rewards linked to a takeover (stadium wall, first match) only apply if a takeover happens.

5. Confidentiality

Some information shared in the Founders Club is confidential, for example clubs under study or the state of a negotiation. Members agree not to share it outside the club. FIELD may remove a member who breaks this rule.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in one click from [Patreon or Whop]; access continues until the end of the period already paid. If you live in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days after subscribing to withdraw and get a full refund.

7. Community rules

Be respectful. No investment advice, no promotion of financial products, no harassment. FIELD moderates the Discord and may suspend members who break these rules.

Conditions du Founders Club

1. Ce qu'est le Founders Club

Le Founders Club est un abonnement payant à la communauté FIELD. Les membres rejoignent un Discord privé où l'on discute et vote sur le club de football dont FIELD souhaite racheter 51 %, et reçoivent des fiches clubs et les coulisses du projet.

La liste d'attente gratuite est distincte et reste gratuite.

2. Ce qu'il n'est pas

• Ce n'est pas un investissement et il ne donne aucune part de FIELD ni d'aucun club.
• Il ne donne aucun droit, aucune priorité, aucune attribution ni aucune réduction sur un futur investissement.
• Tout futur investissement sera proposé séparément, via une plateforme agréée, avec ses propres conditions.

3. Offres et prix

• Founder : 4,99 € par mois ou 49 € par an.
• Founder+ : 9,99 € par mois ou 99 € par an. Ajoute le salon Founder+ (un chat Discord dédié avec l'équipe FIELD), un appel vidéo mensuel, une carte numérotée parmi les 500 premières, un nom en plus grand sur le mur du stade et une invitation au premier match après un rachat.

Prix TTC. Les membres abonnés avant l'annonce du club gardent leur prix tant qu'ils restent abonnés.

4. Votes

Un membre, une voix, quelle que soit l'offre. Les votes orientent le choix de FIELD. La décision finale dépend des négociations avec le propriétaire du club, et FIELD ne peut pas garantir que le club choisi par les membres sera racheté. Les avantages liés à un rachat (mur du stade, premier match) ne s'appliquent que si un rachat a lieu.

5. Confidentialité

Certaines informations partagées dans le Founders Club sont confidentielles, par exemple les clubs étudiés ou l'état d'une négociation. Les membres s'engagent à ne pas les diffuser. FIELD peut exclure un membre qui ne respecte pas cette règle.

6. Résiliation et remboursement

Tu peux résilier à tout moment en un clic depuis [Patreon ou Whop] ; l'accès continue jusqu'à la fin de la période déjà payée. Si tu vis dans l'UE ou au Royaume-Uni, tu disposes de 14 jours après l'abonnement pour te rétracter et être remboursé intégralement.

7. Règles de la communauté

Respect avant tout. Pas de conseil en investissement, pas de promotion de produits financiers, pas de harcèlement. FIELD modère le Discord et peut suspendre les membres qui ne respectent pas ces règles.
